With high ceilings, lots of windows, a separate office (with fiber internet), large closet, and back porch with outside storage. With a pond to fish, feel like you are out in the country but only 8 miles to HEB (Supermarket) 7 miles to charming downtown Conroe. With restaurants, a Brewery a Meadery, lots of live music and many other activities. 17 miles has you eating dinner waterfront on Lake Conroe.

Take a deep breathe and view the abundance of stars. There is a hiking trail, tennis courts and basketball court in this guard -gated neighborhood. Very little traffic in this area! Restaurants are in town and a winery about 15 minutes away.
