Nice limestone wing in Lau, 3 km to Lausviken. Four beds in the bedroom and two in the sofa bed, the garden shed can be rented if needed with two beds. Private patio in a large garden. Rented weekly in the summer with changeover day Mondays 2025 from week 25. Bring your own sheets and towels, kitchen towels and wood for the fireplace are available. The cottage must be left in a clean condition, if you do not want to clean yourself, you must book a company for this. Cleaning supplies are located in the house. Purchase of toilet/household paper is provided by the guest.

Shower with underfloor heating, hot water for 2 people (normal use). Double bed 180 cm + 70 cm wide extra bed. Final cleaning is included. Sheets & towels are not included, can be rented. Nice house near sandy beach and boardwalk perfect for a successful family vacation! A total of 4 bedrooms with 8 possible beds spread over two houses with a shower room in each. Large newly-built wooden deck (2023) and an additional patio on the gable side with evening sun for barbecue evenings. Big grass lawn for playing and games. New washing machine 2023 (capacity 6 kg). Possibility to borrow bicycles to discover the surrounding area with wonderful beaches, limestone rock formations and beach sauna etc. Welcome.

Architect-designed summer house (moved in 2017) overlooking the sea. Kitchen with all comforts and laundry room with washer/dryer. WiFi (fiber). Outdoor kitchen with barbecue grill. TV room with large TV. One bathroom with shower/bathtub and one with only toilet. Annex with guest room (double bed and bunk bed for 3 children, but no bathroom). Guest house with double bed and outdoor shower Bicycles, surfboard and SUP are available to borrow. NOTE: sheets + towels are not included. More pictures can be sent.
