Everything was impeccable, from the first day he answered all our concerns without any problems. clear instructions on how to get there. and the best was when arriving at the place. Carolina welcomed us with incredible kindness, it made us feel at home, a former host. The cabins as seen in the photos, beautiful and comfortable with incredible views. If you are looking for tranquility and enjoying the natural environment, it is the place. We stayed up to try the homemade breakfast, but what we did try and recommend are homemade biscuits, a delicacy. Thank you for everything Carolina. we will surely be seeing each other again. What an absolutely gorgeous place with a beautiful view. Maria Elena is the sweetest host who checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. A 20 minute, easy walk into town. I was sad to leave here! Would absolutely recommend.

Puerto Montt is a city that is a little unsafe and requires attention to go out at night, but the building was a little far from the center and it was a relatively safe area.There was an observation deck nearby, and the night view was beautiful.The host was very attentive, prohibiting fried food in the room, and promised not to leave after throwing away garbage, but the room, kitchen, and amenities were fully equipped and very clean.The only problem was that when the two people took a shower in a row, the hot water system was not in time for the warm water and it was cold in the second half.Other than that, there was no problem at all, it was very comfortable.

My partner, daughter and I spent extraordinary days in Heaven and Earth. The Lodge has a wonderful view. If the sky is clear, you can see the stars and see part of the Milky Way. Andrés and Kata are a very friendly couple, willing to help and very open to talk about anything. Happy we would stay here again and always recommend it.
