There is an abundance of walks right from your doorstep, you're even lucky enough to have the Offas Dyke within a stones throw from the Cabin.

The Summerhouse sits 250m from Offa's Dyke Path with access to miles of walks, ideal for anyone wanting to explore Shropshire and mid-Wales. It is a charming Grade 2 listed building, with commanding views of the Severn Valley to Montgomery. Recently refurbished - the top floor has a comfortable super-king double bed, beneath a Victorian vaulted wooden ceiling and a cosy sitting area with QLED TV and super fast fibre broadband. A cosy cottage on a working organic farm found through a succession of tight country lanes, riverine fields and low-lying hills. In the distance the Berwyn Mountains rise above the horizon. There are a number of pubs a short drive away – the Station Grill in Llansantffraid (five minutes) is great for groups. Cycle or walk the area or hop in the car to visit many attractions nearby such as Lake Vyrnwy, Powis Castle, Welshpool and Llanfair Railway and the coast is also only an hours drive.

A romantic historic tower for 2

The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.

Our lodges are set in 6 acres of grounds offering a peaceful countryside experience in the heart of Mid Wales. The lodges have outstanding views over the wildlife pond & surrounding countryside. Fully central heated, with a king size bed complete with all bedding & towels. Each lodge has its own en suite shower room with wc, kitchenette (2 ring gas hob, combination microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster etc) with outside dining area on the large elevated decking.
