It boasts a large open plan kitchen-diner with bi-fold doors out to spacious deck and garden and the house has been lovingly decorated and inspired by Laura Ashley.

The property is not suitable for small children, as there is a deep pond.

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.

A quiet, peaceful retreat to unwind or a great base for acitivites, sight-seeing and more. There is the rare advantage of being relatively close to civilisation and transport networks together with a quiet rural setting on the edge of the forest and no near neighbours!

Modern, light and homely annex on private land with gated parking situated in a lovely little village called Magor. The village shops, restaurants and pubs are a short five minute stroll away and are well worth a visit. Magor has fantastic links being 2 minutes from the M4. We are approx 30 minutes to centre of Bristol and 30 minutes to Cardiff, 20 minutes to centre of Newport and 10 minutes to the Celtic Manor Resort and ICC.

Old Dairy is a private self contained annex attached to a family home, Holly house (own access door). Situated down a quarter of a mile single track green lane (Not appropriate for low chassised cars). Located on a 4 acre small holding, with chickens, sheep, goats and 3 cats. Backing onto Wentwood forest. Wentwood is the perfect place to explore on foot or bicycle with public footpath access on the doorstep.
