It has a large terrace with views and a small garden down stairs with a solarium and barbecue. To access the house, there is a right of way through the neighboring house.

Ca l'Enric is a beautiful, fully renovated mountain chalet located in the Tregurà neighborhood (Camprodon Valley), at the foot of Balandrau, 20 km from Vallter 2000 and 12 minutes from Camprodon. It is 1,365 meters above sea level and overlooks the entire valley with stunning views that reach the Costa Brava and the Mediterranean Sea. The property has a large garden, two barbecue areas, a fireplace, a jacuzzi, an outdoor terrace with sofas and sun loungers, and a garage for 2 cars.
