Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

A quiet and relaxing outdoor space thanks to its pool and terraces with pleasant views where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. Access to the house by car and its own parking. The house consists of a typical Mallorcan entrance, a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom with washer and dryer. Heating, air conditioning and WIFI throughout the house. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, and families (with children).

Fully renovated house, located in the municipality of Inca at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. Ideal location for cyclists. The house has two floors: on the lower floor, there is the hall, living room, full bathroom, and kitchen. It has an exit to a backyard with a garden area, and a glazed porch at the back. The cottage is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea, allowing you to spend days at the beach in Port de Sóller, where you can enjoy all kinds of activities. It is situated in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, making it an ideal starting point for hiking trails.
