Near downtown with a garden.

This is one of the few apartments in the area that has a space where you can eat openly or relax in a little garden. With this two-room apartment your family will be close to everything, within easy reach of the bar, the supermarket, the train station and the free parking spaces that are available for payment. Five minutes on foot from the beach. Close to one of the local parks where children can run, use the swings or ramp up the castle, and the adult some great gymnastics with the open gym.

Ideal for holidays or short family stays, quiet and bright, in a convenient area to beaches and shops. Located on the third floor with elevator. We have 2 large double bedrooms, a spacious living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker. Two full bathrooms with a shower and a washing machine. Car box and condominium parking space and large condominium garden. Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, wi-fi, Smart TV with Netfix, air conditioning.

The house on the shore is a spacious and comfortable apartment located on the sea in an elegant building from the 1920s of the last century. Just two steps separate it from the famous beach. It has just been completely renovated with modern building techniques that make it fresh and quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. The slightly elevated position allows you to have a great view of the sea even when the cabins of the beach resorts in front are set up.
