Recently renovated building for exclusive use, divided into 4 levels. On the ground floor, we have a full kitchen, a fireplace (decorative only) and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.

In the apartment, you will find a TV, washing machine, drying rack, and a split.

Apartment in the centre of the small town of Loceri, 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Ogliastra and the wild mountain areas full of unspoilt forests. The village has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The daily fee for the FIRST guest is €60, and €25 for all OTHER guests. For children over 8 years old, it is €15. Final cleaning is guaranteed with an additional €40. All other expenses are included. Loceri is full of murals and the bells mark the time.
