We offer a 20 m2 studio adjoining our family home 300 metres from the beach. We would like to clarify that our garden is currently under construction. The work in progress is not noisy. Access to the studio is independent of our house, it is via a small tree-lined path. You'll have access to a shaded terrace. You can park in front of our house to drop off your luggage. To park your car, you have free parking 200 metres away.
