The first bedroom is upstairs as well as the bathroom and access to the garden. The second bedroom is on the second floor served by a miller's staircase. The village center is a 3 minute walk, with bar, grocery store and restaurants. A playground suitable for children, a pump park and city park for older children are 2 minutes away

Le Petit Vilar

Le Petit Vilar is a newly renovated former outbuilding in a very quiet and wooded site. All the accommodation is on one level. It is located close to the GR 34 and many short hiking trails. The nearest beach is about ten minutes by car. The village of Locquénolé, with its grocery store, its Romanesque and Baroque church and its Freedom Tree, is within walking distance. The accommodation does not include a TV but is equipped with wifi. Bike shelter.

It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.
