On the Hidaard mound, you will stay in the stylish front house of our old farmhouse, with its own entrance and facilities. Our house has a spacious kitchen-diner and 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. If you book for 2 people, you will get the ground floor, i.e. the kitchen and 1 bedroom. If you want to use 2 bedrooms, you must book for at least 3 people. Wake up to the sound of birdsong, panoramic views and the cosy warmth of the wood-burning stove.

Guesthouse Út fan Hús

The Út fan hús apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen with fridge and bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has its own entrance. From the apartment, you have a wide view over the Frisian Greiden. It is located on the water, where you can swim and fish. You can also use 1 or 2 person canoes, a boat and bicycles for free. The city of Sneek is a 15-minute drive, Leeuwarden is a 30-minute drive.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together. This uniquely located workers' cottage, dating from 1908, is located at the rear of Sneek's historic central station. You can walk to the supermarket within 1 minute and within 5 minutes to the center of Sneek with cozy terraces, shops and restaurants. When you check in, you can take a key to the property from the key box at the bottom left by the front door, and the entire property will be at your disposal!

Farmhouse 22 - Rural accommodation near Sneek

Our cottage is just below the smoke of Sneek, in the hamlet of Loënga. An excellent place from which you can take a wonderful bike ride through the countryside and along the various villages of Sudwest Fryslân. If you love city life, next to Sneek, Leeuwarden is a 20-minute drive away. On warm days, it is wonderful to relax on or by the Sneekermeer, but the beach of Harlingen or Makkum is also recommended.
