Welcome to our cottage with its own headland by Lofssjön centrally in Lofsdalen. The cottage has an older, timber-framed section and a newly built section. The cottage is idyllic, situated by a lake with views of the mountains, and, not least, it has a half-timbered wooden roof that gives it the feel of a Viking roof. Inside, you will find everything you need, just like in a modern cottage. The newly built section was constructed in 2021, featuring a new kitchen, bathroom, sauna, hallway and loft; the older, preserved section has two bedrooms and a living room. During the summer, you can borrow our cabin in Lofssjön.

Cozy mountain cabin in Lofsdalen

Cozy affordable mountain cabin, next to ski trails & snowmobile trails with walking distance to the village. The ski slope is about 3.2 km away, which you can conveniently get to by car. In the village there is a restaurant, convenience store, ski shop/ski rental. The cottage was built in 1976 and has 70s charm, especially in the bathroom and kitchen, everything works great. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher (45 cm). There's also a smaller sauna in the cabin. The ski system is suitable for both beginners and experienced skiers.

In our cozy cottage, you can enjoy magnificent views of the Lofsfjällen mountains while the fire crackles in the background. The cottage is modern, newly renovated, equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. There are three bedrooms, a large living room with an open floor plan towards the fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one with a relaxation area. Suitable for larger as well as smaller groups, your four-legged friends are of course welcome! The cottage is directly adjacent to magical cross-country ski trails and hiking trails.

During the winter, you can explore cross-country trails, slalom slopes and enchanting snowmobile trails. In summer and autumn, hiking and biking trails await in the mountain area, downhill biking and mountain biking in Lofsdalen mountain park MTB and more. The central location with proximity to shops and restaurants makes your vacation complete!

You live close to vast wilderness in Grövelsjön and Foskros, three ski resorts and fly fishing in Storån, as well as neighboring Idre Golf. You have a nice forest behind the property with blueberries and mushrooms, a 3.5 km plowed walking path and a cold dip in the river ten minutes walk away. As well as bike paths. The house is close to both the winter ski slopes, summer activities, Idre's beautiful golf course and has mountains and forests outside the door. Harrvägen 22 in Höglandet – Hugins Hill

Relax in this peaceful space! Modern cottage with amazing view of Lofsdalen. In the autumn of 2025, the cottage was renovated and received large panoramic windows that frame the mountain views. In connection with the renovation, a spacious terrace with a hot tub and a sauna house was also added. Here you can really enjoy the view and relaxation. Please note: See the photos for the height difference between the front door and the car park.
