The house is on the groundfloor of a two-storey residence (entrance from the main road) while it also has access to the beach road through private stairs. It consists of two levels, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a WC. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small balcony with view in the Venetian Castle of Chora.
