Peace and beautiful nature close to the beach. This small apartment of 24 m2 is connected to a smaller cottage. It is located in the most beautiful nature with birdsong and rich wildlife outside the windows. Walk 300 meters across the field and you are at the beach. There is a private terrace in connection with the apartment. There is an insect net in the patio door, so sleep with the door open and enjoy the sounds of the night. Take the food and a bottle of wine to the hilltop of the field and enjoy the magnificent views of the fields and beach. There is a dog on the property.

Unguarded and direct to the water with its own bathing jetty

If you are looking for a romantic stay, or a very special experience with the family, this is the place. You can completely unwind in peace and quiet, enjoy the beautiful view of the fjord while the fire warms you. You have your own bathing bridge, the forest in your backyard, good sandy bottom and fine bathing conditions. The area is peaceful, with a very rich wildlife. Borrow our rowboat for a sailing trip, or if you want to go fishing in the fjord. Shopping opportunities can be found in Nakskov, so borrow our bikes and take the pleasant trip there through the forest.

Cottage in the first row, sauna and private beach

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Large summer house with its own beach

Large summerhouse. 290-square-metre house with a park-like garden and a private 350-metre grass path to the beach. Large kitchen and living room, pantry, utility room, etc., 2 bathrooms. Upstairs, there are 6 bedrooms. Facilities include: billiards, darts and table football in the henhouse (unheated), a grand piano, toys, an espresso machine, and a large garden with fruit trees and berries. Guests are responsible for final cleaning. Electricity consumption is billed at DKK 2.30/kWh (approximately DKK 40–50 per day based on normal usage).

If you need to relax with your better half or a good friend in beautiful surroundings with fantastic views of the water, 150 m to the nearest bathing place and close to the beach and forest, then this beautiful pearl is a good bet. Here are restaurants with delicious food, the grocery store and bakery are within walking distance and there are many attractions nearby. During the summer months there is every weekend music at the harbor + flea market every Tuesday. Sofa bed available in the small room.

Here you can start the day with a dip in the sea, enjoy a warm stay in the wilderness bath, and end the day in the sauna with panoramic views of the water – all part of the house's large spa area that invites pure relaxation.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

The Garden House

Visit one of Denmark's most popular islands and stay in a luxurious half-timbering house with an impressive fireplace. The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

The guest house has its own bathroom and kitchen. It has a private entrance and parking. Great for an overnight or two when you're on the go. Not a summer house. Tenant can self check in.
