Old farmhouse

The house is located 3 kilometers from the village of Chevillé, in the countryside, in the middle of the fields. The accommodation that is offered for rent is an old barn that we have completely transformed and restored. It offers the charm of the old and offers the comfort of modernity for 4 to 6 people (including 2 to 4 children), in a quiet environment, with a 5000 m2 enclosed garden and a small pond. Converted barn

Soak up nature in this barn transformed into a dwelling house by an architect in the middle of the fields. Let yourself be lulled by the sounds of birds, you will observe pheasants, deer. Enjoy the comic book and graphic novel library. A video projector allows you to watch movies on a large screen. This is my main dwelling, so there are my personal belongings in the house. There is still some embellishment work to be done.

P'tit Loft at the Farm 25 minutes from Le Mans

Part of an exceptional ensemble: 15th century farm-mill on the banks of the Loir with bridges, islands and weirs. You can book from 4 to 6 double rooms, which can accommodate up to 12 people.

Manoir du Bois Joly – Gite du Fournil

The Manoir "Bois Joly" dates from the beginning of the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou (2 kms), it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th, it becomes a big farm of Perche. He is then known for his important breeding Percheron horses. Since 1985, we restore it in the respect of the architecture and traditional techniques of Perche.

La Grange

Restored gîte in an old 120 m2 barn located in the heart of the Loire castles in the center of the village of Cellettes (shops nearby: bakery, supermarket, tobacco-press, restaurant, etc.). You can discover the surroundings by bike thanks to the "châteaux à vélo" (castles by bike) trails.

Grange des Vieux Êtres (Old Beams Barn)

This old barn has been transformed into a house by a couple of architects and landscapers. It is located near the village of La Perrière, a few minutes' walk from the Bellême Forest. On the edge of a charming hamlet, you can enjoy an unobstructed view and absolute calm.
