Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Soak up nature in this barn transformed into a residential house by an architect in the middle of the fields. Let yourself be lulled by the sounds of birds, you will observe pheasants, deer. Enjoy the library of comics and graphic novels. A video projector allows you to watch movies on a large screen. This is my main home, so there are my personal belongings in the house. There is still some beautification work to be done.

The house is furnished with second-hand furniture, a little retro. You enter the living/dining room on the ground floor and after 3 steps you access the kitchen and the bathroom. The place is interesting for its green, wooded, shaded and private environment. It is 5 km from a small town with all the shops and a leisure base with a lake.

Restored gîte in a former 120 m² barn, located in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire area in the centre of the village of Cellettes (shops nearby: mini-market with bread delivery, tobacconist's, restaurant, etc.). You can explore the surrounding area by bike thanks to the "châteaux à vélo" trails.
