Bucolic cottage in an exceptional setting

Former sheepfold completely renovated and tastefully decorated, "La Petite Maison" is an integral part of the Moulin de Masson, an exceptional 15th century estate that extends over 10 ha on the edge of Perche, 5 km from Illiers-Combray, the country of Marcel Proust and his famous madeleines. Room is made for lush nature and the many farmyard animals that live in harmony on this unique site at the confluence of the Loir and the Foussarde and crossed by the GR of Saint-Jacques de Compostelle.

This accommodation, next to our home, is equipped for a family with young children. It is close to shops and the leisure center (20 m from the beach). The house is located by the Tuffé lake (fishing, supervised swimming in July and August, as well as authorized navigation). Tuffé is located in the heart of the Perche Sarthois, 35 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24-hour circuit, 1 hour from La Flèche and its media zoo. The nearest highway exit is 5 minutes away.
