We are located in the largest Slovenian village of Lokev which is an excellent starting point for trips and for exploring places in the vicinity (Lipica, Škocjan Caves, Karst, Trieste, Portorož, Izola, Piran, Ljubljana). Very near is the the oldest European stud farm that has been breeding the same horses without interruption is a cultural and historical monument, which impresses visitors with its horses and its surprising landscape. After entering the estate, tour the oldest barn with representatives of all the classic Lipizzaner lines, visit the Lipizzaner and horse carriage museum, walk on pastures, through avenues of trees and parks, and learn about the special features of Lipica and the Karst Region. There is a playground in the park as well.

Comfortable apartment P+1 in a completely renovated Karst house in Sežana. Bedroom on the first floor. Additional sofa bed in the bedroom measuring 80x180cm for an additional fee. Free parking and a large lawn in front of the apartment are available. The apartment has its own entrance and a mini gym. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a "Welcome Basket" with local delicacies. The skate park and sports field are located in the immediate vicinity. We offer our guests free bike rental. The location offers an excellent starting point for excursions.
