The villa is located in Husie and is close to Bulltoftapark which offers tennis courts, gym (indoor and outdoor), café, soccer fields and frisbee golf! A quiet area with bus connections to both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 minute away from the house takes you to the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 minutes (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). Happy and welcoming hosts are waiting for you!

Private enclosed garden with terrace and barbecue as well as unheated pool, heated hot tub and outdoor shower. Beautiful Skåne summer villa within walking distance to the sea, lake and nature reserve. This is the gem that both children and adults like. Next to the house, there is an appreciated diving tower in the water-filled limestone quarry, a playground for the smaller children and a soccer field for the older children. In Klagshamn, you will also find a cozy marina and beaches along the Öresund coast. If you take the car, you are in Skanör/Falsterbo - or why not Denmark - in 20 minutes.

Lovely detached villa built in 2018. Here you live in a quiet area with nice neighbors, close to nice walking paths. The house has a large garden and patio on all sides. New and modern decor and furniture. Green areas, grocery store, and golf course. At a short cycling distance, you can get to Ålabodarna and Sundvik next to Öresund to cool off in the sea or just enjoy the nice surroundings. Beautiful Glumslöv's hills are perfect for nice walks.
