The condo is fully equipped for short or long term rentals. The complex has a pool and plenty of parking. You won't be disappointed!

This beautiful and tranquil 3.5 acre beach retreat is located approximately 15-20 minutes from downtown Ocean Springs. Ideal for those who want to enjoy a quiet getaway but close enough to enjoy all the shopping and nightlife that Ocean Springs has to offer. Property has waterfront beach on the Mississippi Sound. It is natural and primitive. Great for launching paddle boards and kayaks. There are also two boat launches 5-7 min from property and plenty of room to park your boat at the house.

Bring your bikes, kayaks, jet skis, pontoon or bay boat!

One small dog under 20 lbs allowed but must be pre-approved before booking. $50 pet fee per pet. No cats Bedroom 1 has a king size bed & bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Two blocks from the beach! All new furnishings! Completely remodeled new bathroom, kitchen, floors, windows, appliances. Bedrooms have premium 12" memory foam mattresses & soft cotton sheets. The kitchen is well equipped w/ many appliances. Fenced in yard. We personally manage this home & are nearby if you need anything.

Shell House a 170 year old private estate that sits on three acres with 500 year old registered live oak trees. Located on the Gulf of Mexico there is a private beach just out your front door.. The property is walking distance to restaurants, fishing and sailing. We are also a short distance from 12 Casinos. The estate has a Pool House that sleeps 6 two in one room and four in the other room. A Bungalow that sleeps 4 two in one room and two in the other room. See Photos.

It features a 12” gel foam queen bed and a convertible sofa that folds out into a full bed. Dock for your boat or fishing. Boat trailer parking. Unfortunately we do not accept pets.
