Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

The Lodge is adjacent to the main house and shares a drive. It is located in the heart of Stoke Gabriel village and 7 minutes walk to the river Dart, shops, pubs and the River Shack cafe. Sandridge Barton Vineyard is a 25-minute walk away.

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.

The self-contained cabin has a south-facing decking so you can sit with your morning coffee and let the day begin. Only 10mins walk from town centre. Cabin has a modern heating system and is cosy all year round due to the quality insulation. We supply tea, milk and fresh coffee and if you time it right you may be treated to one of Jonathan’s homemade pizzas. Bedding, towels & kitchen equipment is also supplied. There’s a small kitchen area, bathroom and reliable wifi.
