Quick, easy access to a main highway, groceries, gas and restaurants. Enjoy a walk or bike rides around the neighborhood. Or take your watercraft for a fun filled day on the lake. Many attractions are only minutes away.

Welcome to Seagrass Cottage! Experience a lake town only 2 blocks from lake access and a few minutes drive to restaurants, Yogi Bear, boat ramps, amphitheater, the marina, and downtown shopping. Hit up all your local favorites right in the middle of town and enjoy a nice lake side walk around Lakeshore Drive at sunset or swim at multiple beaches around Lake Eufaula!
