We have furnished this newly renovated, centrally located and generously designed apartment, so whether we would move in there ourselves... ;-) 4 people will find plenty of space here on almost 90 m²! This cozy attic apartment is very lovingly and tastefully decorated. It is located in a quiet residential area above a garage in beautiful Lastrup and has its own entrance. It has a beautiful, bright bathroom with a bathtub, vanity and toilet. Just one street away is the natural swimming pool with indoor pool. The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

Our apartment is 160 m². We have a large and light-flooded living room with a large balcony and great views of nature. On cold days, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is a nice size and fully furnished. The bathroom is bright and equipped with a shower and tub. The bedrooms are spacious and cozy. We have many excursion opportunities nearby, and you can take beautiful walks or bike rides. Dogs on request.

In the Gartenstadt district you will find our newly renovated, high-quality furnished 75 m² apartment. Bathroom with open shower and storage room, living-dining room and kitchen that was built to measure. In the cozy bedroom, a box-spring bed and sofa bed invite you to relax. If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

Pretty private one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in a pretty look awaits dear guests! The apartment is located in a detached house . PAPENBURG is about 6 km away. Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

Peace and relaxation in the countryside

Lean back and relax: In this quiet environment between fields and forest, the fox and rabbit say "Good night" to each other. Pheasants, deer, rabbits and also fireflies are often seen. The area invites you to take long walks. It is also very suitable as a starting point for cycling tours in Emsland, as the apartment is located directly on the Hasetal route network. You can go canoeing on the Hase, which is 7 km away.

Up to 3 people can be accommodated in my beautiful, bright basement apartment, which was renovated and newly furnished in 06./07.2017. The apartment consists of a 30 sqm living/bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, in which you can also shower well, a new, modern fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining spacious dining area. The garden, very idyllically located by the forest, can of course also be used.

Our 60 sqm flat is located in a residential area of Lechtingen at the foot of the Piesberg and only 15 minutes by car from Osnabrück city centre. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a mid-terrace house and was completely renovated in 2021. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, balcony, WiFi, Netflix and Disney+. It is perfect for holidays or business stays and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a three-party house just a few minutes walk from the center of Hollage. The Mittelland Canal is also within walking distance. From the balcony and from the living room you have a beautiful view of green meadows and a horse farm. Free public parking is sufficiently available in the side streets. A bus stop is just a few meters from the house.

The 120 sqm apartment is half of a farmhouse from 1898 and has been renovated. Surrounded by fields, the house is in a secluded location and is perfect for enjoying nature and tranquility. There is a garden with terrace and also a grill available on request. From the south terrace you can see over fields to the nearby Wiehn Mountains.
