The house is located on a headland out in the lake and has a unique lake location with lake views from all parts of the house. From the living room and bedroom, you can access a wooden deck with stairs down to the garden and jetty. It is a scenic and undisturbed location with houses nearby but not exactly next door. The proximity to national road 32 makes it easy to get here. The road can be heard, but for the vast majority it is not perceived as disturbing.

The farm is surrounded by cow pastures and meadows. 300 meters from the house is Bullerbyn, which is worth a visit or two if you want to look at animals, crawl into the sugar drink tree or eat ice cream.
