The main structure is a 26 foot trailer (indoor space of 200 sq feet) with queen bed, full kitchen, dinette and bath. Both the trailer and patio (300 sq ft) are covered by a large palm frond palapa combining the best of Baja living with additional sink, stove and lounging area.

Surf Casita.

The studio is under a Palapa in the yard. I used to rent a motorhome there. There is an outdoor kitchen. The studio is new, built in 2023. If you need a place to sleep close to the beach and surf spots, then this might work. Check with me first if you have a pet.
