Our place has open views on all sides, with no neighbours to either side. It has independent, exclusive access from the street. It’s located in a unique community with a large private 4,000 m² garden that stretches all the way to the sea. The surrounding area is a marine reserve, ideal for snorkelling.

Apartamentos Biniforcat, apartamento totalmente equipado .Está situado en una zona tranquila ,es el sitio perfecto para descansar .En los alrededores del complejo hay restaurantes, supermercados, se puede practicar el buceo ,hay aguaparck etc... Estamos a 10 minutos de Ciutadella, tenemos servicio autobús al lado.El apartamento dispone de aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo con mando y wifi. Tenemos Cala Forcat a 5 minutos y hay tres calas más cerca, Calas Picas , C .Brut ,C. Blanes
