Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Lot-et-Garonne

We (2 adults and 2 children) spent 1 week in August in a very relaxing setting surrounded by animals ( horses, sheep...). What violence when you come back to the Paris area! The kids loved spending time with the animals and a big thank you to Marie for her teachings. We will come back. 40 min from the Dordogne river, 4 bastides to visit between 5 min and 20 min. Very nice experience.

Amazing house, great host! Nothing to complain about! Perfect for a weekend with friends at the heart of the countryside. A total change of scenery.

What a wonderful experience Severine and Fred are incredibly lovely owners ! We had found a dog that was in the middle of the road and were allowed to take it to the Airbnb . Upon arrival they had dogs put down a water bowl and a leash for the dog, Fred and Séverine are fantastic ! You feel that they are running the Airbnb with their heart.. We left today but wanted to stay a few more weeks. We will definitely be back . Super thank you for the wonderful time .. Rogier and Kirsten

beautiful,well maintained and neat gîte and garden. Spacious home and fenced yard, ideal for the dog. located in wooded area,fun for a stroll. Laurie is friendly and easily accessible for questions etc. Enjoy the sunshine wonderfully quiet.

The apartment is great, quietly located, you only hear the birds there. There is a lot of space with two nice sofas and a large dining table with lots of chairs. There is a spacious terrace, wonderful for breakfast or dinner in the evening. The bed is comfortable, the two bedrooms upstairs we did not use, we were there together. A supermarket (Intermarché) is in Castillonnes, 9 minutes by car, there is also an inexpensive gas station. And many nice villages (Bastides) in a beautiful setting.

Cathy is friendly, she pampered us and it feels really good. We had really special schedules and it's modulated to our special requests. Everything was perfect. And she's a great cook. Thanks again to her . We will try to come back as soon as possible.

Huguette is very nice and welcoming. The place was spotless. Good location very quiet ideal if you want to breathe. Very accommodating on the organization schedules and everything in between. She is very available for any questions and suggested trails for us to visit etc. Fast but very pleasant weekend. You can go there without a second thought.

accommodation as we like it! Quiet, warm, spacious... we didn't want to leave... The fireplace is a real plus and the fenced yard for our dogs is great! Catherine is very nice and responsive! We'll be happy to come back!!!

Great modern house with all the comforts. It seemed difficult to find in advance, but was very easy to find afterwards. Pool not used (too cold). The host had prepared delicious breakfast and dinner (for a fee). The horses in the meadow around the house as well as the tranquility and the view the valley in amazing. Everything fenced for the dog. Sitting outside under the canopy with a blanket with welcome drink and snack :D We have plans to go in November instead of 2 nights, a week...

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home in Nérac! The house is very clean and conveniently located, close to all amenities. Hosts are extremely welcoming and attentive to all our needs. Highly recommend this sweet sweet spot!

Very responsive and pleasant hosts. The perfect accommodation, the little touches such as garden tomatoes in the kitchen, the bottle of Crémant in the fridge, just great! Toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo are available, very much appreciated, bath towels are also available, excellent. The hot tub and pool are really great! Private pool, the pool house is just beautiful. The setting is too beautiful. The accommodation is impeccable and really cool. No complaints. We'll be happy to go back.

Valerie is an available and attentive host. We stayed in his place for a family weekend (8 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs), the house is ideal, suitable for everyone and the outside is really great! Recommended

The hosts were brilliant. Respected our privacy but then were always proactive in responding to any questions that we had. They left a really helpful guidebook with local recommendations and provided us with fresh vegetables from their veggie patch. They also provided us with a babygate and toys for our 16 month old. The place was even better than we expected and so peaceful. Lovely views and a perfect base for a perfect family holiday. It was very relaxing and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Margot is a charming host. we had a great relaxing stay although it rained all along. I recommend if you want to be quiet.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Ludmila and Tim’s place. It was very well appointed, with everything you could need in all of the rooms. It was unusually warm when we arrived and Ludmila and Tim bought us extra fans for the bedrooms, which was very kind. The pool is really lovely, being quite large and 2m deep at the deep end. It felt like a proper swimming pool and not a paddling pool. There was lots of wildlife around in their large garden. We encountered moles, toads, bats, owls and lizards. The lizards, in particular, gave us great entertainment. The local towns all have their own characters, with their own ‘must see’. This is an ideal spot if you just want to get away from it all and relax. That said, there is also excellent fibre broadband if you do need to check in at work or book something on-line. Tim and Ludmila were extremely responsive and could not have been more helpful and kind. I would highly recommend a visit to this house.

Beautiful accommodation in the heart of an environment conducive to calm and rest. The place is ideally located to discover the region with many activities nearby (gastronomy, heritage, sports activities). Paulette and Martin are very welcoming and discreet hosts, very attentive to their occupants. The house is absolutely in line with the photos and services shown, it's a real little gem, we loved our stay.

Our family of 6 and our dog stayed at Le Fournet Bas for one week. The place looks even better in real life than it did in the photos - rustic charm with modern facilities. The bedrooms worked really well — boys in the twin, girls in the double and we had the “old bread oven” annex. The saltwater pool was delightful, clean and well-maintained. The barbecue area was excellent and well-used throughout our week. We would recommend renting electric bikes from the nearby FatVelo - a great way to spend a morning/day. Also Chateau de Bonaguil is very close and well worth a visit. Nearby St-Martin-le-Redon is a beautiful little village, and Puy L’Évêque is also well worth a visit. Christine and Gérard were very welcoming and helpful and resolved any little questions quickly and without any fuss. All-in-all, a fantastic place to spend a relaxing week.

Sylvie's house is very functional, 2 minutes from the Lou Chibaou equestrian pole which allowed us to be close to our horses in case of need. The house is very clean, the beds are comfortable. Perfect place!

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

Excellent paradise stay in the Grange des Anges. Stéphanie is very considerate to recommend good places. The barn, the house, the gardens are tastefully decorated. It's a perfect place to recharge your batteries as a family. The games (ping pong table, foosball, darts, ...) help to spend an exceptional family time with teenagers. Finally, the jacuzzi is very pleasant after beautiful days of discovery in Périgord.
