Small charming gite. Black Périgord.

This small cottage with the charm of the countryside with its exposed stones, is within the Domaine d 'Empié, designed as a hamlet. It is independent, without shared ownership, with private terrace on the orchard side. In summer, the estate has picnic tables in the woods, a summer lounge, a pétanque court, a laundromat. Small cool house in summer located in the countryside with a pool and summer kitchen with plancha. It is equipped with 2 bedrooms with the possibility of adding a click in the living room. We have all the equipment for infants if needed. Around the house you can find meadows with animals (goats, llamas, horses, chickens...). Breakfast included and linen provided.
