Our house is located in the locality of Le Couquet, municipality of Capdenac-Le-Haut (46), at the gates of Lot and Aveyron, a pretty fortified medieval village overlooking the Lot river and part of the most beautiful villages in France. The proposed accommodation is located on the first floor of our house. Completely renovated, it is independent and accessible via an external staircase. It has a terrace that overlooks the pool and offers a beautiful panorama of the Lot Valley. Designed for 2 adults

Welcome to our home (les cloups)

The two rooms flat we let is part of our home close to the swimming pool (you can have a swim or lie down in the sun in the morning and after 4pm in June, July and August). We've got a cat and dog who love company. We live in the country but close to Gramat (shops and restaurants) and to Rocamadour , Padirac, and not far from the Dordogne valley. (Sarlat...) We will be happy to entertain people from any country (Claudine is a former English teacher and loves meeting English-speaking people).

Ok pour petits et moyens chiens Le studio est dans une zone très verdoyante et très calme, il est situé dans le triangle noir avec un ciel propice à l'observation des étoiles. il est très bien équipé et vous avez tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, condiments , sauces vinaigrette, petites conserves, boissons fraîches, vins du pays.

Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

Gite Bourg

On our property there are 3 gîtes/holiday homes. Montfermier is a picturesque village in the sunny south of France located in the sloping part of the Tarn et Garonne. The village has 111 inhabitants and consists of 90% farmers. The population is very friendly and welcoming and still have time for a chat. You can take beautiful walks there. The holiday homes are located 50 m from the church of Montfermier on a spacious plot of 8,000 m2 planted with fruit trees.
