Dans une hameau calme & joli ce petit gîte est niché entre le château, l’église et l’ancienne école avec des vues exceptionnelles surplombant Le Lot. Petit terrace privé accessible d’un escalier. 6 minutes de la charmante village de Cajarc (pharmacie, marché, une douzaine de restaurants, piscine, supermarché, tennis, vélos à louer, banque…) Parfait pour explorer la région du parc naturel - Balades, Vélos, Canoë, Plongés , Parapente et en proximité de Figeac, St~Cirq~Lapopie et Pêche Merles.

Studio for 2 people with shared pool

A quality studio with covered terrace for eating out, set in 4 acres of land with gardens and sloping field and the use of large swimming pool 11m x 4. Surrounded by fields and oak trees not far from the chateau of Cornusson and the Abbaye de Beaulieu. Closest town Caylus for shops or the market town of Saint Antonin Noble Val used in recent films and centre for canoeing, climbing, cycling and walking. The studio is good for couples or single travellers. The owners live on site .

Our character gite is a charming restored barn built in 1827, enjoying glorious elevated south-facing views over hillsides to a quaint village far below. The light-filled & spacious 90m2 gite has generous bedrooms, a large open plan living area and full kitchen. Stunning views from all rooms & the pool. Continental breakfast provisions included. Located 850 m from the city center, 1.4 km (15-minute walk) from the train station. Small house renovated in 2021. In summer, you will enjoy the small terrace with its plancha as well as air conditioning. The accommodation consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishes...), TV and Wi-Fi, as well as a large bedroom with queen-size bed, a separate toilet and a very small shower room.

Close to the Centre de Martel (10 minute walk), remarkable village of Occitanie, close to Sarlat, Collonges-la-Rouge, Rocamadour and Gouffre de Padirac. I will advise you on other tourist possibilities nearby. The accommodation occupies the first floor of a pretty stone outbuilding, it is bright, completely renovated and equipped for 4 people. Small balcony with views of Martel. The garden is fenced and you can have lunch there using the BBQ or plancha.

Small stone house, independent, located in the heart of the village of Pomarède. Pomarède is located 10 minutes' drive from Prayssac (and all its local shops), 5 minutes' drive from Frayssinet-le-Gélat (bakery, supermarket, water park) and 35 minutes' drive from Cahors. Beautiful walks on foot or by bike can be taken in the surrounding area. In summer, due to its orientation and stone, the house will allow you to stay cool.
