Here you enter the calm directly surrounded by the turn-of-the-century charm, linseed oil painted beadboard, well-equipped kitchen with large gas stove for those interested in cooking as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from a newly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house was completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower and fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. The loft is spacious with two beds, two sofa beds and a pull-out double bed. Bed linens and towels are included. Shower with toilet and small kitchen are in the loft. Patio with barbecue grill where we provide charcoal. Whether you come one or more, you rent the loft without more people living there. Swimming area is in the mill. There is an atmosphere of stress being left in the car upon arrival. Most welcome

In the brewery house there are two double beds (one consists of two single beds) and a day bed. The renter brings their own bed linens/bath towels (possibility to rent these) Perfect for those who live in another location and need a place to stay during the job period, or just want to get closer to nature. Hållnäs coast is only a few kilometers away! Cleaning before departure is done by the person renting.

The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

And air heat pump The bus station is 300 meters from the accommodation, distance to the city center and harbor about 500 meters.

From the terrace you can then go directly out on the paths that lead you out to many beautiful places around the cape and we have the option of booking a boat trip for experiences at sea which can be both to experience the wildlife, fishing or just looking around, let us know if you are interested.
