In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. The residence is located in a newly built house on our property, and consists of a room with kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is located a few kilometers outside Rasbo. It is incredibly calm and quiet, with a farm as the closest neighbor where you can see horses and cows walking in the pastures outside the property. Forests and fields create a beautiful environment, perfect for long walks!

The loft is spacious with two beds, two sofa beds and a pull-out double bed. Bed linens and towels are included. Shower with toilet and small kitchen are in the loft. Patio with barbecue grill where we provide charcoal. Whether you come one or more, you rent the loft without more people living there. Swimming area is in the mill. The accommodation accommodates four people with a double bed (180 cm) and a sofa bed with two beds. Only 30 meters away there is a swimming jetty – perfect for a morning swim! Or fishing? Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

The Brewery in Sund

Close to Forsmark! You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. We rent out our brewery on our farm. In the brewery house there are two double beds (one consists of two single beds) and a day bed. The renter brings their own bed linens/bath towels (possibility to rent these) Perfect for those who live in another location and need a place to stay during the job period, or just want to get closer to nature. Hållnäs coast is only a few kilometers away! Cleaning before departure is done by the person renting.

In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km. Outside the cabin, you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full with toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about a 40 minute drive . Easier Livs approx. 5 km away.
