Bunker Studio

Exceptional Souterrain Studio which witnesses history. Cool without air-condition! The brick building was built in 1906 for the KrauseCo company. The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today. Kitchen and Furniture where chosen to fit to not to long gone times . 5 minutes to the river - Danube 2,2km to the giant ferris wheel (Prater) 16 minutes to Schwedenplatz by U1 (1st district).

Floor cooling! A unique designer ensemble – directly above an old hydroelectric power plant that is still in operation. A lot of space, for people who need it a little more spacious...it was the "Obere Mühle" of Oberndorf. 1st floor - large space with 90m2 for diverse and creative use with table tennis. 2nd floor – living space with kitchen, dining table, sofa corner, bathroom 3rd floor - a space for tranquillity Day bookings, retreats, etc. are also available on request.

The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

The beautiful village of Jaidhof with castle and relaxation pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The place Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you can take a boat trip.
