You will be vacationing in a beautiful and centrally located semi-detached house that has something for all ages. The proximity to the nature reserve ensures that you are in the countryside in no time. Within walking distance is a supermarket, a beverage store and a bakery. The bus connection is very good, as there is a bus stop right across the street. So you can leave the car in your own parking lot and enjoy the maritime atmosphere of Bremerhaven even on holidays without having to search for a parking space.

Quiet apartment. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase. The bedrooms have external roller blinds. Every now and then you can hear the train passing by or the highway. Approximately 15 minutes' walk to Wulsdorf train station. Approximately 20 minutes' walk to the nearest bus. There is a large, well-maintained playground 50 meters away. An independent check-in via a key box is also possible after the actual check-in time. Pets are not allowed.

We rent our thatched roof property with a total of 3 bedrooms, an open kitchen-living room overlooking the countryside and a spacious bathroom. On our terrace or in the beautiful garden, you can enjoy the free days perfectly with a view of the pony willows. Just like on the beautiful, only about Weser beach, which is 3 kilometers away. Since we also have a stable, as well as free pastures, your own ponies or horses can be brought along by arrangement and dogs are also welcome.

You will stay here in a beautiful two-room apartment on the 9th floor with stunning views of the Weser and Geeste rivers. Quick access to the city center, main train station and shopping facilities offer you an excellent location in Bremerhaven. Tourist attractions such as the Climate House, Emigration Center & Fishing Harbor can be quickly reached on foot or by bus in bad weather. Vergiss deine Sorgen – ruhig und doch zentral ist diese sehr gemütlich eingerichte Ferienwohnung mit Balkon in Bexhövede. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen und verweilen. Nur knapp 8 km von Bremerhaven entfernt. Hier finden sie diverse Ausflug- und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Ca. 40km entfernt befindet sich Cuxhaven - hier kann man am Sandstrand verweilen oder über die Strandmeile schlendern. Ab jetzt können vor Ort auch Fahrräder gemietet werden. Für E-Bikes ist auch eine Garage vorhanden.

In Loxstedt ( ca.7km ) gibt es einen Bahnhof,sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aber auch in 4 Km,5 Autominuten. Grillmöglichkeit am Haus. Stellplatz vor dem Haus. Bitte hinterlasst die Wohnung besenrein. Mülltonnen befinden sich hinter dem Haus.

The vacation home LOTTA is idyllically located on the Weser cycle path and the old Weser. Quiet in the countryside and yet you are in Bremerhaven in no time. The surrounding area offers a variety of opportunities to stay in nature. Relax on long walks through the Marschendörfer and villages or use the numerous bicycle paths along the Weser dyke. NEW: Karl's Erdbeerhof Loxstedt is only about 3.5 km away and wonderfully accessible by bike.

Our cosy holiday home is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory). A net is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is only a minute's walk away, and Wulsdorf station is a 5-minute walk. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.
