Located on the banks of the river La Palhères in a peaceful location near to the centre of the village where you will find a bakery, butcher's shop, delicatessen, 2 small supermarkets, pharmacy, vegetable shop, post office, snack bars and restaurants and everything within walking distance.

L'Oustalet is located in a beautiful small hamlet in the municipality of Cassagnas, Les Crozes-Haut, in the heart of the Cévennes National Park. The village being isolated, this house is ideal if you are looking for a place to relax in peace with the sweet song of birds to lull you to sleep. You must have a vehicle to make the most of the many activities that our region offers.

If you are looking for peace to recharge your batteries, walk or cycle on the family hiking trails near the streams in the countryside. 3.5 km away in Saugues you have an organic body of water with a towed buoy, wake board, an equestrian center, the Gevaudan Beast Museum... Not far away you have the bison park, the Resistance Museum. You can visit the farm and see the animals up close.

If you are looking for peace and nature, enjoy our independent and isolated house nestled in an exceptional site on its private 2 ha property bordered by a stream. An unheated natural pool located on a terrace can be used in summer depending on the weather. House fully equipped with all modern equipment (reversible air conditioner, wood stove, equipped kitchen). Access by private dirt road of about 200 meters (beware of low cars).
