Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Pool & sea view

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura is not a typical vacation home. Its wavy architecture has curves reminiscent of the waves of the ocean, the iconic nuraghi and the organic style of the Costa Smeralda. Also unique is its view of the harbor, the city center and Corsica, which is only 8 km away via the Strait of Bonifacio, and the in-house car electric charging station, which charges 2 e-bikes and 3 bicycles.
