This unique apartment is situated in the attic of a historic building, which is part of the rural buildings. Guests have 80 sq m at their disposal with a separate entrance. The apartment includes a large living room with a children's corner, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table and a bathroom. Upon request, we provide a historic cellar where you can spend a pleasant evening by the fireplace and a glass of wine. Please let us know if you wish to use the basement after booking or upon arrival.

Hof Sandsee is located in the forest area Puszcza Notecka. Pine forests alternate here with the riverside views of the Warte and the rolling hills of the lake landscape. Endless forest trails invite you to hike, horseback riding, bike and carriage ride. For mushroom and blueberry collectors, it is true paradise. On the farm Sandsee, riding therapy is offered on domestic horses. The Sandsee provides an opportunity for swimming and fishing. Welcome to our wooden cottage on the island surrounded by a large pond and beautiful greenery. The cottage is perfect for people who want to escape the city and move to a place where peace reigns. The area around the island is great for walking, and the nearby fields and forests are great for cycling. After an active day, it's time to relax and have coffee on our terrace on the water, and at the end of the day, a joint feast by the fire.

Forests, meadows, lakes. Highly recommend.
