COZY AND REFINED LOFT IN THE CENTER OF LUCCA 100 sqm apartment on the ground floor of a building a few steps from the Walls. The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and full of light thanks to the large windows, it can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of a large living room with sofa bed, dining room, equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry room and double bedroom. The "Dimora di Luca" is located a short walk from the historic center of Lucca (about a 10-minute walk), in a quiet location, close to many supermarkets and shops and at the same time a few meters from the historic center of Lucca. It was built about 15 years ago, so it is a brand new accommodation and equipped with all comforts (washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi and air conditioning), as well as two private parking spaces. It will be your ideal base camp to discover Lucca and Tuscany!

The house is located inside Agriturismo Fonteregia, a newly renovated country cottage. Surrounded by olive groves and woods, it is the ideal place to regenerate in contact with nature. A short distance from the farmhouse, reachable with a hiking walk, Montecatini Alto, a medieval village with ancient charm. The thermal baths of Montecatini and Monsummano are about a 10-minute drive. The location is also strategic for visiting the main Tuscan cities: Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena.

Lovingly named after our beloved Uncle Gigi (Zio Gigi) — the last family member to call this house home full-time — "La Casa di Gigi" holds the warmth of family memories and the timeless character of rural Tuscany.

Finely restored ancient lemon house, located in the first countryside of Lucca about 1 km from the walls. La Capannina

The hut is a former antique furniture restoration workshop that was completely renovated in October 2024. For the furnishings, some objects made or used by the same craftsman were recovered. It is spread over two levels, on the ground floor open space with kitchenette and two single beds, on the first floor double bedroom with large bathroom. Ideal place to visit Lucca and its hills, the old town is 3.5 km from the house, bicycles available for guests.
