Logement de charme entre mer et montagne, vue mer panoramique exceptionnelle de Bastia et du cordon lagunaire. Entièrement rénové avec des matériaux nobles et haut de gamme. Le logement est un rez de villa surélevé (accès par marches d’escaliers). Le logement, l’entrée et la terrasse vous sont entièrement dédiés. Entièrement climatisé et équipé. Parking assuré à l’extérieur de la propriété devant l’entrée. Suite à des abus : se référer au règlement intérieur concernant la climatisation.

A little corner of paradise 150 meters from the sea, wooded grounds, birdsong. You will enjoy the entire floor of the private accommodation just for you!!!! with two bedrooms, a bathroom as well as a fully equipped summer kitchen, solarium with jacuzzi and a living room with fireplace on the ground floor and a swimming pool of 8 m by 4 salt treatment!! Your quiet little house by the sea

Relax in this unique and tranquil haven, ideally located by the sea. We have been welcoming guests for a long time, and have recently started offering stays on AirBNB. The shaded garden opens, in a few steps, directly onto a quiet beach via private access. In the evening, enjoy a barbecue on your terrace or at one of the restaurants accessible from the beach. Then end the evening with your feet in the water, with a view of the illuminated bay of Bastia!
