The tiny house has a total of 44 sqm plus sauna (extra charge). It is fully equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher, oven and stove, dining table and a cozy living room corner with smart TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the house. The house is cozy and open with large windows. It is heated with modern underfloor heating.

Small cozy place with separate entrance

The vacation room (7 square meters) has a separate entrance and impresses with cozy comfort. Despite the very small size, everything you need to relax is there. The sofa is single bed size and can be pulled out to double the width. Opposite is a dining area, a flat-screen TV and access to the daylight bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a small mini-kitchen in the bathroom. There is an electric hotplate, as well as pots, crockery and cutlery.

We have a large swimming lake where you can even take a boat. A brand new acquisition is the Thermomix TM6, which can be rented. For bachelor parties, the house is available to a limited extent, i.e. not Easter, Pentecost, Christmas and New Year's Eve/New Year!

Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque village in the district of Lüneburg in the Elbe valley. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

On our two terraces you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening.

The cities of Lüneburg (12 kilometers) or Hamburg (50 kilometers) are easy to reach. With the in-house canoe, guests can paddle to Lake Reihersee or Barumer See and relax on the water.
