He attached great importance to the original materials in order to restore the original appearance. At the same time, he equipped the house with wall and floor heating, a sauna, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. In the "Müllerhaus," he combined historical ambience with modern living comfort. In the attic there are two apartments.
