You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two more guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open timber-framed walls and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

The listed building ensemble from 1799 is located in the Wendland region, where numerous cultural highlights meet beautiful, partly untouched nature. A true paradise for children as well: A sandbox, a large hammock, plenty of play equipment, bikes, scooters, and the traditional circular village (“Rundling”) that’s perfect for playing together. An organic pig farm is also part of the property, adding to the rural charm.

The 40 m² property consists of a living room with one bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a multi-function microwave suitable for baking bread rolls, as well as an air fryer. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning for a comfortable stay in warmer months.

The 50 m² accommodation features a living area with a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, making it ideal for 2 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, direct lake access, an open terrace, and a barbecue. A SUP is available free of charge. The beach area with an open fire pit and seating is shared.

Enjoy the quiet location in the countryside and find relaxation away from everyday life – ideal for couples or solo travellers.

Your "favorite place" in the heart of Lüneburg Heath awaits you! This almost 450 square meter manor house offers you an unforgettable stay. For children, it is the purest paradise! We have a large swimming lake where you can even take a boat. A brand new acquisition is the Thermomix TM6, which can be rented. For bachelor parties, the house is available to a limited extent, i.e. not Easter, Pentecost, Christmas and New Year's Eve/New Year!

Of course, you are welcome to contact us if you have any health problems. Morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the large garden or in this barbecue, romp, relax.
