To the front there is an off road parking space and a self-contained garden. There are pubs and a cafe within walking distance and local walking trails start in the village. Great Malvern is 3 miles over the hill and the ancient town of Ledbury 5 miles in the other direction. Direct trains run from London to Colwall station, 5 minutes' walk from the cottage.

With views directly onto the lake it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside. Comprising of 1 double bedroom with en suite, a twin room, and a further double bedroom, family bathroom plus a useful cloakroom on the ground floor, 2 sitting rooms, (one with a double sofa bed) and the other with a fabulous gas stove making a super warm 'snug'. Large kitchen/dining room and a fully equipped utility room too. There is also a shared porch ideal for storing bikes or a pram .

We have a large garden growing most of our fruit & vegetables, our own chickens and provide free cider while stocks last. Please understand that we are a traditional bed and breakfast establishment. I know that the listing states that a whole flat or house is available, it is not. Unfortunately AirB&B insist that we put this otherwise it on will only list one bedroom.
