The property is located close to the city centre, in a commercial area; it is a 100 m² industrial-style loft. Parking with gate. Quiet environment between the canal and the Bourbince. Our capacity is 4 adults (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed), 1 child or 1 adult (1 single bed) and 1 baby (1 cot), if necessary and on request a king size inflatable mattress can be added in the living room or in one of the bedrooms. The sofa downstairs is not convertible.

8-person gîte

Gîte for 8 people near Paray le Monial in exposed stone. Completely renovated and adjoining the owner's house, our gîte includes 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds and a dormitory with bunk beds for a total of 8 beds. Our house is a farmhouse that we have completely renovated on a plot of 1800 m2 with a hammock in the trees and two outdoor corners as well as a vegetable garden. Only 8 km from Paray le Monial and 5 km from Charolles and 30 minutes from PAL.

I designed and built the tree house to offer you a dreamy break and natural poetry. Built with local and eco-friendly materials, it offers the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Outside, contemplate the view and nature that surround the place, inside, let yourself be surprised by a soft and romantic atmosphere. Breakfast is served directly at the cabin and it is possible to book a board of local products for dinner.
