Braidholm is our home on Skye. It's a 19th century building, warm and cosy. Step in from the weather and hunker down in the comfy sofa in front of a log fire. The kitchen is cottage style, with everything you'd expect in a modern home. Two bedrooms upstairs (kingsize in one, twins in the other, all with Egyptian Cotton, 400 thread-count linen) with sea views . Two bathrooms upstairs (one ensuite), a toilet downstairs. Private garden plus parking for 2 cars. 300m from the centre of Portree.

Luib house is centrally situated by the roadside and at the foot of Glas Bheinn Mhor with breathtaking views over Loch Ainort from every bedroom. Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and families. Guests can walk across the road and down grass to the shore which takes approx 5 minutes. The house has the feel of a traditional croft cottage with all the amenities of the modern day. The nearest village is Broadford which is a 10 minute drive and has a variety of shops and restaurants to enjoy.

After four great years of hosting with AirBnB within in our home, we've used the covid hiatus to transform the old croft house into a spectacular and luxurious retreat. In previous reviews, you'll see up to four guests in one room; this has been upgraded to 2 guests in the whole cottage...
