Large garden with a patio on both the front and back. Trampoline in the back. Proximity to both ski slopes and beaches.

Cozy cottage in quiet Bensbyn overlooking the water. The property sleeps 3 guests and consists of two bedrooms (double bed + single bed), large kitchen and living room as well as a bathroom. The property also has a large terrace and a cozy barbecue area with benches in the garden. Nearby is also the outdoor area of Ormberget which has exercise tracks, disc golf, sledding hill and slalom slope. Central Luleå is reached in 15 minutes by car. Bedlinen and towels are included. Pets are welcome, please let us know before!

Vi bruker ofte mye tid ute. På sommeren kan du spille badminton, plukke bær, bli med på krepsfiske i Råneelven i aug, eller klatre i et av Sveriges beste klatrefelt, MTV-veggen, bare noen min unna. Om vinteren kan du gå på ski, snørekjøre og kjøre skuter, før du slapper av inne i varmen fra saunaen.

With forrest behind, and meadow beside, this is as close to nature you can get and still be near bus stop and food store, 1 & 10 min walks. Yes, you can see the northen ligths, but thats mostly up to weather and luck anyway. In winter, elks may be eating from garden trees, mostly at dusk or dawn. Two extra beds can be supplied, six persons can comfortably live in this large house. This is a home, not a hotel. Please leave it as you found it, clean. Please read the extra house rules first!

Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska hus. Dubbla badrum och toaletter, perfekt för er med tonåringar. Köket är rymligt och har en härlig social yta med plats för den stora familjen. Bastu och badkar väntar som avkoppling efter eran dag på en strand, i skärgården eller efter shoppingen i City som bara ligger några minuter bort med bil eller buss. På baksidan av huset finns en stor gräsmatta för lek och bus. En altan att hänga på i solen och just nu bor även 2 kaniner på gården.

Välkommen till villan vid havet. Huset har 4 sovrum. Sovrum 5 kan ink. från 9 personer, men garanteras ej. Det är en separat lägenhet i separat byggnad. Tveka inte att fråga. Njut av fantastisk natur, hav & norrskenspromenad på isen utan störande ljus från staden, ta en varm bastu eller varför inte ett bad efter promenaden. 16 min bil till Centrum Bussförbindelser är begränsade och bil rekommenderas. Vi uppskattar om ni lämnar huset i samma skick som när ni anlände❤️

Wandes guesthouse

Naturbelägen fristående lägenhet ”gårdshus” beläget 10 minuter utanför Luleå centrum. Direkt anslutning till natur och skoterspår. Boendet byggdes 2023 och har fullutrustat kök, badrum med toalettartiklar, skrivbord, soffa, loftsäng för två vuxna (140 cm) och en enkelsäng under (90 cm). 500 meter till närmaste busshållplats samt fri parkering på gården vid huset. Observera att kollektivtrafiken inte går särskilt regelbundet, varpå vi rekommenderar gäster att ha egen bil.
