Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Close to Ormberget with ski trails and sledding hill in winter, MTB, running and outdoor gym in summer. Only 200 meters to the swimming area and the possibility to rent a kayak/canoe. Beautiful view of the fjord. Bus 100 meters away and a nice 20-minute walk along the water to the city center. Perfect if you want both nature and the city nearby!

Small apartment centrally located in Luleå with private entrance, hall, bathroom and bedroom. There is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, microwave, kettle and simple utensils. There is street parking right outside the house. We live in the apartment next door. There is an interior door between the apartments but it is blocked and well insulated so it is not so sensitive between the apartments. Cozy and affordable accommodation!
