In summer, there is the possibility of a sauna raft, rowing boat, swimming beach, bicycles about 20 minutes to Boden, 30 minutes to Luleå, 50 minutes to Piteå We also have a simpler forest cabin next to a pond where you can hike or hike up our mountain with beautiful views.

In addition to the house being close to the water with a beach 60 meters away, the property borders the forest and the Ormberget-Hertsölandet nature reserve. There are trails that go for several kilometers! In winter, the sea freezes and you can ski out and around the nearby islands or go hiking with snowshoes in the forest on the frozen marshes. This charming house is located 2,5 km from Piteå sea bathing . Beach access and small boat and jetty . Bicycles are available to borrow. Nice forest paths and cycle paths. Large country kitchen with a sofa bed for 2 people. Living room with sofa bed and day bed. 2 rooms on the upper floor. Two double bedrooms and combined study and bedroom with nice view .Fully equipped kitchen . Newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are available, just let us know if you would like them before you arrive.

Cook over an open fire. Visit the sea bath, cozy summer café or farm shop nearby during the summer. In winter, there are dog sleds not far from the house. Summer accommodation on a farm!

Come and try staying at a real farm! There are cattle directly adjacent to the house. The ultimate accommodation for those who want to live in the countryside and with animals just around the corner! The house was renovated internally in spring 2023. In the house there are two bedrooms and one large kitchen, sleeping for 6 people one bedroom with one double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed and one pull-out daybed. Nearby is beautifully located swimming lake with playground as well as a cozy farm shop.

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 1 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

There is an ice road suitable for walking, cross-country skating and kick-skating. Forest paths for walking and picking berries, bathing jetty and sandy beach for swimming.
