The villa is located in Husie and is close to Bulltoftapark which offers tennis courts, gyms (inside and out), café, football fields and frisbee golf! A quiet neighborhood with bus connections into both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 min away from the house takes you into the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 min (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). When you stay here, you will have the house to yourselves. However, some rooms are private. Washing machine, dryer, iron, toilet, shower. Hot tub & sauna costs 50 SEK per occasion. Patio (approx. 7x3.5 m) with table, chairs, umbrella & grill. 600 meters to Oxie station, 2 stops to Triangeln. 200 meters to the stop for city bus 1.

Famous golf course is nearby. 30 minutes by car to both Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. 10 minutes by car to Landskrona.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The bedrooms are upstairs and have no doors, but they are open rooms. The house is located on our property, about 10 meters from our home but has its own balcony and garden. The house is within walking distance of Åstorp city center, from Åstorp city center you can get to Helsingborg by train in 20 minutes.
