Fortuna Strandhem II is a lovely detached villa by the beach with an associated lake plot located by the water on beautiful Fortuna. Outside the kitchen, which bathes in morning light, there is a small patio with breakfast corner and towards the sea is a large patio. The house offers a fantastic view of Råå harbor and Helsingborg in the north, over Denmark and Ven and all the way down to the Öresund Bridge, which you can see on clear days. It is a couple of kilometers to Rydebäck city center and the nearest restaurant is within a 10-minute walk.

The villa is located in Husie and is close to Bulltoftapark which offers tennis courts, gym (indoor and outdoor), café, soccer fields and frisbee golf! A quiet area with bus connections to both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 minute away from the house takes you to the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 minutes (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). Large and nice garden with seating. Very good location in Malmö, close to the city center, Emporia, Hyllie and within walking distance to Mobilia shopping center. Free parking and close to most things with good bus connections. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The bedrooms are upstairs and have no doors, but they are open rooms. The house is located on our property, about 10 meters from our home but has its own balcony and garden. The house is within walking distance of Åstorp city center, from Åstorp city center you can get to Helsingborg by train in 20 minutes.
