There were 3 of us and we felt super comfortable. The apartment is practically new and the views are lovely. It is well equipped and there is a 24-hour security guard. The rooms only have double beds, we wanted one with two small beds but it was not possible, so Beatriz put together a small folding bed that we did not use because the double beds were really very comfortable, we had no problem sharing the bed between two people. We always communicated with Beatriz by messages and although we did not meet her, she was very friendly and gave us information about the neighborhood. We definitely recommend it and would go again.

Maria was very responsive and kind. The night I was arriving it was pouring rain. Many streets were flooded. Maria was corresponding with me constantly until I got a ride and arrived at her place. It was not possible to get dinner anymore at that point, and all the restaurants were closed due to the rain. She kindly brought me some food so that I didn't have to go to bed hungry. The next morning she again kindly offered me coffee. I had to go to the nearby Tigo office to get a SIM card, and the wait there was much longer than expected. She patiently waited for me to return so that I could take my things out for her to clean the room for the next guest. Thank you Maria (Minerva) for being a gracious hostess. I will stay with you again when I come to Asuncion.

It is recommended to everyone, I arrived at the site, impeccable cleaning, safe place, with a 24-hour porter, always attentive and whoever comes in, very good to sleep calm and a lot of tree around, perfect air conditioning, I will be back soon...

After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

Exceptional, large and clean apartment. We felt at home. The shower 🚿 is excellent. The apartment is very airy; we do not need to use the air-conditioning as it was very pleasant. Provides privacy, and the building is quite quiet. Close by there is a cafeteria, pharmacy and supermarket, which made our stay a lot easier. We thank Guillermo for his attention, always helpful and cordial. The porter who received us during check-in was also very polite. Overall a wonderful place. we will definitely return.

Yasmin was amazing—so responsive and attentive, making the entire experience seamless. On top of that, she is an awesome realtor, which was a bonus!
